Welcome to Salem Sports & Spine, a physical therapy office and wellness center housed in a 2,000 square foot, 1st floor office in North Salem, New York. Michele Leasure, the owner, is a certified orthopedic specialist in physical therapy. She treats with an osteopathic approach and is 100% hands on.
Our holistic approach to wellness enables us to design a complete individualized program for each client. Our hours are 7am - 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am - 1pm Saturday.
In today’s health care environment, most practitioners are specialists and your health care is not coordinated between practitioners. Salem Sports & Spine and affiliated staff communicate about your physical and mental challenges so we are able to customize your program. A whole body approach is vital to wellness.
