Sports Yoga For Teens: This yoga program is specifically designed for active and involved yogis ages 13 to 17 who would like to increase their agility and strength and improve their flexibility and balance abilities. You will learn physical exercises, breathing, and meditation practices that focus on body structure, building inner and outer strength, and concentration as well as Brain Gym techniques that establish a positive orientation, improve clarity in thinking, listening and speaking, improve right / left coordination and enhance ability to stay calm under stress.  This is a yoga practice that can give you the winning edge.
