Michele Leasure received her Master’s in physical therapy from Emory University in 1993 and a bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland in 1989. Michele became a certified orthopedic specialist in physical therapy in 2000.

For the last seven years Michele has been traveling and working with the top jumper and hunter riders in the world. She was the official physical therapist for the USA at the World Equestrian Games in Jerez, Spain in 2002. Michele has been published over forty times.

Not only has Michele excelled in resolving orthopedic and spine injuries, but she spent six years working in a rehabilitation setting with head and spinal cord injuries, stroke victims and traumatic orthopedic injuries. Michele has ridden horses competitively for over 30 years and participated in organized sports such as swimming, biking, basketball, field hockey, skiing and running. Cheryl Aiello is a Registered Yoga Teacher Certified by Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and a Certified Yoga of the Heart Instructor.  Yoga of the Heart is a program of therapeutic yoga specific to rehabilitation in cardiac disease, cancer and other life altering illnesses. In addition, she is certified in the Lotus Palm Method of Thai Yoga Massage.

Cheryl is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition which is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a graduate of the New York Restaurant School.  She was self employed for many years as an Organizational Consultant specializing in the areas of time management, space utilization and personal cash flow management and is currently pursuing certification from Teachers College at Columbia University in Integrative Nutrition.    email: yogahearted1@aol.com

 

                                   Kim Marie Pan is a New York State licensed esthetician who received her training with the Aveda Institute. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgery Skin Care Specialists (“SPSSCS”) and has worked for plastic surgeons and dermatologists in New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Kim believes in the philosophy of wellness through proper nutrition and skin care to achieve healthy skin for each client.Kim is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (“IIN”) accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (“AADP”) and also has certification from the Teachers College at Columbia University.

Leslie Manes has been teaching private and group Alexander Technique lessons for more than fifteen years. She was trained and certified at the American Center of the Alexander Technique in New York City. In addition to a private practice in Rye, New York she has taught in Westchester County, New York and in the Vail-Beaver Creek areas of Colorado.

In 1990 Leslie began teaching a unique system of exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates, and immediately recognized that by teaching it in conjunction with the Alexander Technique even greater benefits could be gained. She was trained to teach the Pilates system with Fran Lehn at Groundfloor Studio in New York City, calling her new approach “The Intelligent Body”. Leslie also trained with Mary Dunn, who is among the nations’ most renowned instructors, at the Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training program. Leslie currently teaches Iyengar Yoga at Salem Sports & Spine.
