At Salem Sports and Spine, we provide a high standard of care and hands-on treatment. We prefer to collect at the time of the visit. Collecting reimbursement from insurance companies in today’s world is sometimes difficult. Our office staff will do everything possible to help our clients collect insurance monies. Please speak with us directly with any financial concerns.

- Out of Network co-pay after the deductible is met. We will bill for the remainder of the balance.
Out of Network means were are not contracted with any insurance company, except Medicare. There is almost always a deductible the insured needs to meet before their insurance company will pay a percentage of the bill.
REFERRALS
Under the New York State law, you do not need a referral for the first ten visits if all occur within 30 days. After that, however, you do need a referral from a doctor. Remember, too, that your health plan may require a referral for reimbursement, regardless of the number of visits. We can check the specific policy for you.
